Career Services professional with experience working both independently and within a university setting.
As a career coach, I work with professionals from the public, private and non-profit sectors, as well as students, budding entrepreneurs and those in career transition, conducting one-on-one coaching and group workshops on both an individual and organizational level. I also conduct workshops on workplace wellness issues (time management, stress management, fitness, nutrition, etc).
Other experience includes 12+ years working in the financial information industry (five of those years on Wall Street), primarily in client relations, account management, training and research. I also worked for several years within the association/non-profit sector in membership, marketing and program management.
I earned my BA in Economics from Rutgers University, MBA from Rider University, Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching from The George Washington University and Certificate in Global Career Development Facilitation from CCE.
When away from work, I’m a big tennis fan (both watching and playing), a health and wellness enthusiast and geography buff and love to travel/explore!
